Associate – Litigation Support

Scope – An experienced Associate position is available in DecisionBoundaries’ Litigation Support practice. As an Associate in our Litigation Support practice, your primary activities will include constructing and reviewing valuation, lost profits/business damages, and other financial models; performing financial-statement, industry and other quantitative and qualitative assessments; attending due diligence meetings; communicating with clients; designing and drafting deliverables; presenting analyses and conclusions internally as well as possible external presentations to our clients’ senior management, Boards of Directors, and retained counsel.

Qualified candidates will have additional accountability for development of project approach, oversight, methodologies, and analytical frameworks, and have incremental client visibility and responsibilities including business development.

QualificationsDecisionBoundaries offers an aggressive, entrepreneurial work environment and, as such, rewards Associates with substantial responsibility. The ideal candidate is motivated, highly collaborative, creative, outgoing, and possesses strong financial analysis skills. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory, keen analytical capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communications skills. Additional coursework in accounting and finance is highly recommended.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of post-graduate finance, accounting or valuation experience, including practical experience in lost profits/business damages analyses. Candidates who have worked in nationally-recognized valuation/dispute practices or a national litigation firm as a manager or higher are preferred.
